At Nitasha Bilal Couture, we strive to ensure that every piece you receive meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. As all outfits are made to order, we follow a strict no return or exchange policy based on a customer's change of mind, preference, or dislike of the product.

Exchanges will only be accepted in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or defective item. To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. The request must be made within 7 working days of receiving your order. Any claims made after this period will not be honored.

Custom orders, and sale items are non-exchangeable.

All orders are final and non-refundable. However, if an incorrect item has been delivered, we will offer an exchange subject to product and size availability.

No monetary refunds will be issued. Exchanges may only be made for products of equal or higher value.

For made-to-order items, failure to complete the payment within 7 days after notice will result in forfeiture of the advance. No refunds will be issued on such payments.
