Currently, we are offering COD for Pakistan only and for international the following online payment methods are accepted at Nitasha Bilal Couture: VISA, MasterCard, PayPak, American Express, PayPal, Union Pay. The option of Bank Transfer is also available to customers throughout the world. All your details and data will be securely transmitted from end-to- end via SSL encryption.

4. How long does delivery take and how much will it cost? We ship online orders for local delivery for Ready to Wear in 3 to 5 working days, while Made to Order Luxury-Pret takes up to 4 to 6 weeks and Made to Order Formals takes up to 8 to 12 weeks. or Couture items take up to 9 to 14 weeks. If the order does not reach you in the specified time, please contact our customer service.

 

5. Do you offer same day delivery? No we do not offer same day delivery but we provide expedited and express shipping.

 

6. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

You can contact our customer care to adjust the size, cancel an item, or update your payment and shipping information within 24 hours after completing your order. After 24 hours, we won't be able to add items to an existing order or combine orders. Please contact our customer service by phone or email if you would want to make any changes after 24 hours. Please be aware that once 24 hours have passed, orders cannot be cancelled.
